Rachael Spilsbury
Nursery Manager
I joined the team in July 2024 and became the Playgroup Manager in September 2024. My husband is currently a serving member of HM Forces at 29 Regiment. I live on the Barracks with my Husband and 3 young children. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family.

Deputy Manager & SENDCo
"I have worked at The Duke of Gloucester Playgroup since November 2016. I have a Foundation Degree in Early Years and I am currently completing a Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies. I have completed my Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator in Early Years setting which supports my role of SENDCo; my passion is to ensure all children who have SEND are fully included and supported. My interests include going to the gym and attending various exercise classes."
